Veterans Benefits Administration Dependency Claims Processing
Our work for VBA ensures Veterans and their beneficiaries receive their justly earned benefits. Specifically, we help ensure that contact data for Veterans and their dependents is correct and current. In addition, we implemented the following process improvements:
- We created a new security onboarding process that reduced onboarding time by 85%, virtually eliminating the lag between time of hire and staff eligibility to physically process claims.
- We introduced “live” Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into the VBA’s dependency claims operations.
Why This Work Matters
We are passionate about serving Veterans. We are also passionate about bringing the best ideas and the smartest consultants, from a variety of backgrounds, to drive the VA mission forward. ERPi remains grateful for the opportunity to serve Veterans in a variety of functions throughout the entire Department of Veterans Affairs. Moreover, we are applying data-driven analysis and process improvement to help expedite the delivery of benefits to Veterans.
Making a Difference
Getting the data right, whether from VA systems or Veterans themselves, is crucial to ensuring that Veterans and their families receive correct benefits. ERPi and our subcontract partners have worked to get this data right for thousands of Veterans, their dependents, and their survivors.
