As Director of ERPi’s Human Resources, Amy leads the Human Capital team to ensure our culture and values permeate throughout all of our human resource programs including benefits & compensation, talent management, workforce planning and employee and leadership development. She is a passionate individual and builds strong partnerships throughout the organization, ensuring that people’s objectives are aligned with overall business strategies.
Amy has over 15 years of experience in a variety of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and has extensive experience delivering creative HR solutions that support business strategies.
Amy has provided HR leadership and support in many industries including communications, healthcare, hotel/hospitality, retail and the airline industry. Additionally, Amy holds a Master’s degree and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Amy is active in the HR community and served on the Dulles Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter Board of Directors for more than 8 years including as President in 2017. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling in pursuit of new culinary experiences.
