Associate Vice President, Veterans Health Administration (VHA)

With more than 30 years’ experience consulting to the federal government, Diane is an Associate Vice President of ERPi, leading the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) subaccount, with a cadre of accountable project managers, health systems experts, and program analyst professionals, to deliver programmatic rigor and integration, in-depth knowledge of VHA operations at all levels of the enterprise, and agile project planning and management support.

Diane is accountable for implementing disciplined, comprehensive, and flexible program and project management processes, including monitoring project financials, risk management against established baselines. She drives best practice program management rigor; overall contract performance and quality delivery; organic sales; new opportunities; and a robust recruiting pipeline to ensure rapid deployment of resources. She supports the VA Account Vice President to develop and execute capture strategies, as well as our other VA subaccount VPs to resource strategies and pull through capabilities/services we want to bring to the VHA. 

 On joining ERPi in 2017, Diane led ERPi’s Resource Center (ERC), building capabilities to support operational excellence. She instituted practices that would ensure quality and delivered a metadata-driven SharePoint tool (Program Management Toolkit) to serve up intellectual capital and delivery products to support our client delivery teams and project startups. The PM Toolkit was collaboratively designed and implemented to drive adoption and value to our delivery operations. Today, the PM Toolkit spans our enterprise and helps drive quality and standardize delivery products and practices.

 Prior to ERPi, Diane built her career at Booz Allen Hamilton, acquiring 30 years’ experience and expertise in managing information technology strategy programs, driving operational strategies, and building delivery teams. Diane holds a BS degree in Decision Sciences and Information Technology from George Mason University. An avid yogini and a certified yoga instructor, she enjoys rolling out her mat and teaching classes.
