In more than 10 years of consulting experience in the federal government, healthcare and higher education industries, Paul DeYoung has focused on evaluating and improving program and project management and integration while simultaneously preparing for enterprise-wide change. He is a Director at ERPi working to implement Organizational Development projects at several federal agencies.
Paul has a proven track record of handling complex projects, forming effective teams, using appropriate technology and methodology to achieve breakthrough results, and adapting quickly. Since 2017, Paul has served as a leader of the VHA Modernization effort, advising senior leaders as they design and execute an integrated, Department-wide health system transformation. Paul earned his bachelor’s from Pomona College, and an MBA and MPP from Georgetown University. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
