A Vice President for the firm, Paul Galley leads ERPi’s Digital Citizen Services (DCS) practice, which includes the delivery of Business Oriented Analytics, Responsible Automation, and Customer Experience services to Federal clients, with an initial focus on VA and the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). Paul loves situations that require figuring out the unknown, whatever the business problem or challenge at hand.
He has extensive experience helping clients revamp their business identity, be it creating brand new organizations and capabilities from scratch, leading turnarounds, devising new strategies and operating models, or creating incubator environments that drive continual business evolution. Paul’s fundamental approach to consulting is to apply an “art of the possible” mentality – find talent, give them a vision, then see what they can do. Great things tend to happen when people are empowered to test-drive new ideas.
A proud Nittany Lion, Paul bleeds blue and white, having earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State. He also holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. During the summer months, it’s a safe bet that you can find him at Nationals Park watching his beloved Nats.
