As Director of Talent Acquisition, Renuka Nair plays an instrumental role in leading the recruiting team, overseeing full-life-cycle recruitment for all corporate and business units as well as developing and implementing strategic tactics to attract top talent. She integrates recruiting best practices and process improvements to uphold ERPi’s core values, culture, and growth. Additionally, Renuka actively participates at diversity recruiting events and corporate initiatives, such as the Veteran’s Council and the Diversity and Inclusion team, to strengthen and promote a diverse workforce at ERPi.
Renuka has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent management and has supported numerous key federal projects. These projects were for various departments including the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Health and Human Services.
Renuka has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and holds Certifications in Human Resource Management as well as Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Outside of recruiting, Renuka enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and tending to her garden.
