Stacey serves as ERPi’s Associate Vice President for Business Development. In this role, she oversees our business development efforts across all ERPi accounts, managing our capture and proposal resources and IDIQ vehicles.
She plays an active leadership role in our top-priority, most strategic opportunities and has a particular interest in price strategy. Stacey and her team provide the training, tools, and resources for all ERPi staff to hone their business development and proposal skills to effectively contribute to corporate growth. She maintains trusted relationships with government and industry executives who are committed to improving services to our citizens.
Stacey also oversees our top 2019 internal initiative, as voted on by our staff: Empower Her. Empower Her seeks to address the challenges women face in the workplace through strengthening networks, offering mentorship, engaging men and women in difficult conversations, and providing insight from female leaders across government and industry. ERPi’s Empower Her community also participates in charity events to support other women.
Stacey has over 20 years’ experience in federal consulting, including managing project and proposal teams for Booz Allen Hamilton. While at Booz Allen, Stacey was responsible for network and telecommunications program management and acquisition support programs across civilian agencies, with her last eight years focused on the Department of Veteran Affairs. One of the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects of her career has been mentoring rising leaders. Stacey holds a Master’s Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University and bachelor’s degrees in History and Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. She is the proud mom of two teenagers and loves the beach, watching her children’s sports, and hiking with her dog, Piper.
