Tom has built and managed strategic accounts at the Department of the Army, in the intelligence community, and most recently at Veterans Affairs. He is regularly sought out by executives in Federal agencies to facilitate the initiation of strategic initiatives and programs. In his role leading Growth at ERPi, he works closely with clients and partners to identify and define significant problem sets and develop high quality, affordable solutions that positively impact our clients’ missions. His efforts have earned him recognition as a 2021 FedHealthIT100 honoree for driving change and advancement in the Federal health information technology and consulting market.
Tom earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University as well as an MS degree in National Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School, National Defense University (NDU). At NDU, his research on DoD’s role in Foreign Economic Development won both the top research award and DoD’s Business Transformation Award. Tom earned Phi Beta Kappa induction through his undergraduate studies at Western Maryland College. He also was awarded All-American honors on the football field, culminating in his being named the Burger King Division III Scholar-Athlete of the Year and finalist for the Gagliardi Trophy, presented annually to the outstanding football player in NCAA Division III football. He is a member of his alma mater’s Sports Hall of Fame. He is a proud husband and father who enjoys enriching his community.
